Ingredients
- 2 pitta breads
- 1 Tbls olive oil
- 1/2 tsp mixed herbs (optional)
Preparation

- Preheat oven to 180C/350F/gas mark 3
- Split the pita breads in half and cut each piece in wedges.
- Brush each with a bit of olive oil and sprinkle on mixed herbs.
- Place the on a baking tray in a single layer
- Bake for 10 minutes until golden and crisp
Dip away with hummus, raita, or any healthy dip of your choice. Also great for children and adult parties. You can also jazz them up with a variety of flavors such as BBQ or Parmesan cheese.
